We are looking for talented, strongly motivated and ambitious people, who would like to contribute to the brand's success. Nadine will help you develop and manage the new store: marketing and managing support will be provided to help the franchisee maximize financial management in terms of sales, from planning and store concept stages to final opening. Nadine focuses on visual merchandising and is always looking for new customers by offering them a wide, complete, varied and matchable collection. But, most importantly, Nadine helps franchisees avoid unsold stocks thanks to a sell-out system and the opportunity to distribute purchases on a weekly basis during the whole season.

Nadine stores provide a consistent and recognizable image of the brand and surround the customer with a special atmosphere for a pleasurable shopping experience. This is the reason why our stores are characterized by open spaces and minimal architecture. The real protagonists in the stores are the exhibited clothes, thanks to our shop windows and a special set-up, which change every week in order for the customer to discover new products every time.

Shop-fitting solutions for our stores include: grey stone pavement, light steel hangers, shelf systems, wall recesses, tables of different heights and sizes used as display units, transparent fronts that enable the onlooker to see the upper levels of the store.

Nadine collections are constantly updated and are presented during the season (A/W in September and S/S in February). Thanks to short delivery times to the stores, we guarantee a gradual renewal of clothes selection including - together with the core of the collection - a weekly new range of products based on current colors, lines and trends. Thanks to this system, collections include about 2000 items in total by the end of each season, including accessories.
